Generated audit reports are stored in your account dashboard for the duration of your subscription. Free tier reports are stored for 30 days. Pro and Business tier reports are retained as long as your subscription remains active. Reports are encrypted at rest and in transit. You can delete your reports at any time from your dashboard.
4. Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon deletion, we remove your personal information, reports, and payment details within 30 days. Certain anonymized analytics data may be retained for service improvement purposes.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), analytics, and AI processing. These services have their own privacy policies and may collect data according to their own terms. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for research and improvement purposes.
6. AI Processing
Our audit reports utilize AI to analyze your website data and generate insights. Website data submitted for analysis is processed by AI models to identify issues and recommendations. This data is not used to train AI models. AI processing occurs within our secure infrastructure and results are delivered exclusively to you.
7. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI DSS standards. Billing information is used solely for subscription management and invoicing purposes.
