Infrastructure Security
Our infrastructure runs on SOC 2 compliant cloud providers with automatic failover, DDoS protection, and continuous monitoring. Servers are patched regularly and configured following CIS benchmarks. We conduct regular vulnerability scans and penetration testing.
Privacy-First Crawling
When we analyze your website, we only access publicly available pages. We never attempt to access login-protected areas, private APIs, or non-public content. Our crawlers respect robots.txt directives and use standard user agents that identify themselves.
Compliance
We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations. We do not sell personal data. You can request data export or deletion at any time. Our data processing activities are documented and auditable.
Incident Response
We maintain a documented incident response plan with defined escalation procedures. In the event of a security incident, affected users are notified within 72 hours. We conduct post-incident reviews and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
